WILD(ISH) dropping may 15th

 

I managed to put the finishing touches on this book child this evening and, after it was approved, ordered the first proof copy, which will hopefully be here in the next week or so.  With each new book, like with chapbooks, I am a little swifter and more nimble-footed when it comes to layout and margins. This one was admittedly a little bit easier since the one section that is lineated doesn't have particularly ungainly long lines (a problem I encountered with RUINPORN, no artwork to format (like with GRANATA) and everything else is prose poems. 

While it feels a little like this is fast on the heels of RUINPORN than I'd like., I did want to get a jump on it. Since my summer is likely to be especially chaotic with wedding stuff, I have a little bit more time to work on and promote it in May than I will in June, July, or August. I am also not sure what tariffs will do to printing costs, so would like to have at least one batch in hand before we start to see that. It's also the book I was writing in tandem with RUINPORN, so perhaps its good they are not spaced too far apart in release.
