don't make me come down there

I opted out of this years Printers Ball, being a little wary of large crowds lately and being a bit too exhausted feel to take in what is basically a cool event--an excellent chance to snag free stuff and celebrate indie presses (even if it's a bit hipsterish). I had no idea something like this would happen and I'd miss it...

'You know, I felt the same way when I finally laid eyes on the whole of orange girl. Even though I'd heard her talk about it before, our mutual fascination with dead girls and the gothic,'

Yes, it quite reminded me of your work, as well.

Etc..

It was a really good chapbook, in any case, and some poems I just loved. I can't get the image of dead calico kittens and blue beds for snapped necks out of my head.
