Definitely...I wanted to use something from a Canadian photographer, Alaina Burri-Stone, who we've used for dgp in the past. I had a couple in mind that might work, but this was my favorite--I liked the warmer tones and the colors, plus the woman reminded me of a woman in one of the poems in the book "Slice". I went ahead and sent that one first and they liked it, so it was a go.
Susana-- Nah, this was the first book--definitely a little more traditional than my newer stuff. The instabilities manuscript (which is the second), is actually on it's way to you as of this morning. Can't wait for the bird bundle!
